Build My Package & QuoteYes. Spark is an event-entertainment company. The host pays a flat fee for the tables, dealers, and equipment, and guests pay Spark nothing. Everyone plays for fun with play money and chips that have no cash value and can't be exchanged for anything. Nothing of value changes hands at our tables, and Spark never handles guest money.
Routinely — W-9s, COIs, NDAs where needed, and invoicing on your terms. We’re already an approved vendor for several major employers in the region.
Plan seats at the tables for 30–40% of guests at any one time — roughly two tables per 30 guests. We’ll fine-tune the game mix for your crowd when we quote.
One bartender to start, plus another for every hundred guests — so under 100 guests is one bartender, 100 to 199 is two, 200 to 299 is three, and so on. Above roughly 300 the room matters as much as the headcount: we often split the staff across two bars to keep lines short, and we size that with you when we quote.
